You don’t have to be suicidal to call us. We are here for you if you’re worried about something, feel upset or confused, or you just want to talk to someone.
Even though everyone in our branch is an unpaid volunteer, it still costs over £30,000 each year to run the branch.
Our Support Samaritans provide valuable assistance to the branch not only through fund raising and administration but also by promoting the work of Samaritans.
In the last year funds were raised by various means including stalls, collections, static boxes and a number of one off events.
Our thanks go to all who organised these events or help us in this vital part of our work.
We are always looking for more help and new ideas to make money for the branch. So if you have a few hours to spare you would be more than welcome, do come along and join us.
