You don’t have to be suicidal to call us. We are here for you if you’re worried about something, feel upset or confused, or you just want to talk to someone.
We are all volunteers coming from as far as Bampton in the west, Street in the east, Chard in the south and Minehead in the north.
Our branch in Taunton is run entirely by volunteers and relies solely on our own fundraising efforts, on gifts and donations.
Each branch of Samaritans is a separate charity with responsibility for raising its own funds.
Our branch is part of Samaritans South West Region which has 11 branches stretching from Truro to Bath, Weymouth to Weston-super-Mare.
